2. Business Problem: Client wanted to develop a Smart Card based application software for banking transactions. So client has
outsourced the complete hiring process to us.
Challenges:
- Resources who have prior experience in developing smart card applications.
- The demand for resources was on temporary basis.
3. Our Solution: We offered complete Staff Augmentation Solution to the client by providing the relevant experienced resources to
them. We have deputed the entire team that includes professionals from Team member level to Project Manager
level at their premises. We have signed the Contract to hire agreement with the client for this requirement. The
duration of the contract was for 6 months. Our recruiters have done extensive search and found the best profiles for
the client's urgent requirements within a stipulated time.
